Visana Kids Day im Wankdorf Bern 2023<\/strong><\/p>

Crispin, Mira, Leonie und Ziva hatten bei der Verlosung dieses Anlasses grosses Gl\u00fcck. Sie bekamen alle einen Startplatz geschenkt.
So machten wir uns kurz vor Mittag auf den Weg in Richtung Bern. Aber mal\u00a0 nicht mit Bus oder Auto, sondern mit dem Zug. Als wir im Wankdorf in Bern angekommen waren, nahmen zuerst mal eine St\u00e4rkung ein. Danach gingen alle zusammen zur Anmeldung und zum fassen eines T-Shirts. Die Kids wurden dann in Gruppen eingeteilt. So ging es dann durch den ganzen Nachmittag. Sie machten bei verschieden Posten \u00dcbungen f\u00fcr den Sprint, auch aus den Startbl\u00f6cken. Beim letzten Posten machten sie noch Pendelstafetten und nahmen eine kleine St\u00e4rkung. Bei jedem Posten war ein Schweizer Leichtathletik Top Star! Am Schluss kam sogar Ditaji Kambundji. Zum Abschluss bekam jedes Kind noch eine Glace und mit sehr m\u00fcden Kindern ging es dann wieder mit dem Zug nach Hause.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
