Juni um 7.30 Uhr starteten die ersten L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufer \u2013 oder sind das Bergsteiger, Treppenl\u00e4ufer oder \u00abStairs-Runners\u00bb &#8211; in M\u00fclenen, am Fusse des Niesen auf 690 H\u00f6henmeter zum Niesen Treppenlauf 2025. Die Strecke verl\u00e4uft bis zur Bergstation exakt der Bahntrasse entlang. Alles auf der Treppe. Zum Schluss erklimmt man dann noch die wenigen Meter zum Gipfel des Niesen auf 2362m, wo sich das Ziel befindet. Die Niesen-Treppe ist die l\u00e4ngste Treppe der Welt mit 11\u2019674 Stufen. Die H\u00f6hendifferenz vom Start bis zum Ziel auf der Gipfelplattform ist 1\u2019669 Meter. Man weiss also im Voraus, auf was man sich da einl\u00e4sst.<\/p><p>Diesen etwas verr\u00fcckten \u00abLauf\u00bb nahm unser TV L\u00fctzelfl\u00fch Athletics Aktiv-Mitglied <strong>Friedrich D\u00e4hler<\/strong> unter seine Laufschuhe. Der Lauf im 2025 war nicht sein erster Treppenlauf. Auch im letzten Jahr war Friedrich bereits dabei und lieferte eine super Leistung ab.<\/p><p>Auch im 2025 absolvierte Friedrich die 3,4km \u00fcber diese Monster-Treppe in einer fantastischen Zeit. <strong>1:08:21 Stunden<\/strong> brauchte Friedrich bis in Ziel. Nur 7 M\u00e4nner waren schneller als er. Heisst <strong>er wurde Overall 8. von 214 anderen Finishern<\/strong>. In seiner Altersklasse Herren 2 (1966-1985) wurde er sogar 4.<\/p><p>Was f\u00fcr eine tolle Leistung. Herzlichen Gl\u00fcckwunsch.
